Return and Cancellation Policy
This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to consultation packages and digital resources purchased from Thrivefreshol through thrivefreshol.world.
1. Nature of Our Services
Our products consist primarily of consultation sessions and digital deliverables including personalised PDF reports and client portal access. These are informational services rather than physical goods.
2. Cancellation Before Session
You may cancel a booked consultation at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee, at our discretion.
3. Rescheduling
We offer one free rescheduling per booked session when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and an administrative fee of AUD $15.00.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Full refund if we cancel your session and cannot offer a suitable alternative date
- Partial refund if a consultation session has not yet commenced and you cancel with at least 48 hours notice
- No refund once a consultation session has been completed and your personalised report has been delivered
5. Seasonal Support Package
For the Seasonal Support package, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before the second session has taken place. After the second session, no refund is available for remaining sessions.
6. Digital Resources
Downloadable tracking templates and portal access provided as part of a consultation package are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued. If you experience technical issues accessing your portal, contact us for assistance.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us by email or phone with your booking reference and reason for the request. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy including a refund, repair, or replacement.
